The Soul Brothers is a South African Mbaqanga music group from KwaZulu-Natal formed in 1975 by Moses Ngwenya and David Masondo.

The Soul Brothers, formed in KwaZulu-Natal province in the mid-1970s by the late vocalist David Masondo and keyboardist Black Moses Ngwenya.

Bio The Soul Brothers, a South African mbaqanga traditional musical group, was established in and remains the oldest and most active African traditional group in South Africa. Initially known as the Young Brothers and founded by Tusa Mthethwa and David Masondo, they achieved significant success in and changed their name to the Soul.
